Shipping Locations

Gospel Bee currently ships within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Carriers

Our standard shipping service is Royal Mail.
For larger or heavier parcels, we may use DPD to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Delivery Options & Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 business days

Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions or carrier service delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery option selected and the size of your order.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched if a tracked delivery service is selected.

Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the stated timeframes, Gospel Bee cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, DPD, or other courier services once an order has been dispatched.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Gospel Bee is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating the issue with the courier.
